実は、この抗ヒスタミンの効能はハーブにもあります。
本当に辛い時はお薬飲むのがいいと思いますが、
そんなにひどくない時はハーブで代用するのもいいですよね。
花粉症の症状を緩和するハーブティー
ハーブティーはなぜ花粉症にいいといわれているのでしょうか。
そもそも、花粉症はアレルギー症状の一種。
身体に花粉が侵入すると、花粉を身体の外に追い出すためにヒスタミンという物質が分泌されます。
ヒスタミンには血管を拡張する作用があるため、症状としてくしゃみや鼻水が出るようになります。
つまり、花粉症の症状を抑えるためにはヒスタミンを抑える必要があるのです。
市販されている花粉症の薬の多くには、抗ヒスタミン薬が配合されています。
実はハーブの中には、抗ヒスタミン作用を持つものがあります。
ハーブティーは自然なものだと思われますが、毎日飲まずに休肝日を作ってあげてくださいね。

ローズヒップ
ヒスタミンを抑制するので花粉症に良いとされます。
炎症を引き起こす活性酸素を減少させ、粘膜を保護してくれる働きもあります。
ビタミンCは、レモンの10～30倍も含まれています。
花粉症以外にもビタミンCを多く消費しがちな喫煙者やアルコールを飲む人、これから紫外線が強くなるのでおすすめなハーブです。
甘い香りの甘酸っぱいフルーティーな味なので、ハーブティーが苦手な方には、はちみつを加えても美味しく飲めます。

作り方
1. カモミールティーを2倍の濃さで作り、人肌に冷ます。（温度はお好みで。熱すぎないように注意！）
2. 1の液をコットン2枚に染みこませる。
3. 目を閉じ、2のコットンを両まぶたにのせる。
※アイブライトでも同じように利用できます。

鼻やのどの炎症にジャーマンカモミール
お風呂にハーブを入れてハーブ湯を楽しんで！
作り方
1. ジャーマンカモミール（20ｇ）を用意。
2. 1をガーゼやお茶パックなど、抽出しやすい袋に入れ、湯船に入れる。
3. 入浴時、袋をよくもみ、エキスを抽出する。（破れてハーブが出てこないように注意！）
4. お湯につかりながら、深呼吸を繰り返す。

帰宅時ののどのケアにエルダーフラワー
市販のうがい薬もいいけどハーブのうがい薬は美味しいですよ！
作り方
1. エルダーフラワーを6ｇ用意する。

3. うがいをする。
※ペパーミントとブレンドしたものもオススメ。

鼻づまりの改善効果は飛散時期になってからの飲用に比べより効果があることが確認されているそうです。
