クリスマスイブの今日は、勝俣さんからいただいた本の紹介をします。
日本全国のイベント、ペットショップで『ペットなんでも相談会』をされている勝俣さんが、飼い主さんの受けた相談についてまとめられた本です。
この本が発売されました2015年なので、データはちょっと古い感じもありますが、
突拍子もない飼い主さんがたくさんいてビックリしました。
- 毛並みが大事といいながら、毛玉は切らないでという飼い主
＊毛玉は、毛がもつれてできてしまうもので、通気性が悪くなって蒸れて皮膚病をおこしてしまうことがあります。
ブラッシングをこまめにして毛玉ができないように、小さいうちにケアすることが大切になります。

＊チョコレートは犬が食べると死んでしまう危険な食べ物
飼い主の方は、愛犬が食べたら危険な食べ物を理解しておく必要があります。

先日、勝俣さんにお会いしたときに、「こんな飼い主さん本当にいるんですか？」とお聞きしたところ、「本に書いているのは序の口だよ」とのこと。
勝俣さんに相談するということは、イベントに遊びにきたり、ペットショップで相談したりと意識が高い人だと思うので、
そういうイベントなどにこない人は、もっとビックリなことをしている人も多いのかな？と思ってしまいます。
飼い主さんの意識開発は、大切ですよね。
そういう活動をしていきたいと思いました。
この本は、犬の五感や習性なども書かれています。
