心と体の健康を保つ秘訣
他の臓器と同じく骨も血液によって酸素と栄養をもらい、毎日、再生と破壊を繰り返してます。
骨を動かしたら、運動をしないと、骨のカルシウムが固まって骨同士は繋がってしまったり 骨と骨を繋ぐ靭帯、椎間板などが硬くなったりしてしまいます。
骨について
骨にも細い血管が多いです。
その骨に血液がいかなくなると骨髄機能に影響がでて、造血機能低下や血液のガンになります。
椎間板について
椎間板はゼリーの入ったクッションのようなもの。
背骨が冷えると代謝が悪くなり石灰化のような状態になります。
膝、関節について
筋肉を使わないと膝蓋骨がずれてきます。
関節には滑液という水があり冷えやすく、血流が悪くなりやすいです。。
血流がこなくなると、滑液に異常が出て、関節炎や靭帯が弱くなります。
暑い場合は、冷やす。
タンパク質は45°Cで変質する。
温めるのが大事！
- 血行が良くなる
- 血行が良くなることで隅々まで血液が流すことができる
- 温めるためには運動をするといい
- 運動することで、骨も強くなる
ヘルニア、膝蓋骨脱臼のケア
痛みがある時は炎症がある時
↓
炎症がある時は、熱がある
↓
熱があるなら冷やす（目安として１週間、10分/1日）
痛みがなくなったら、今度は温める。
温めて痛がるようならまだ炎症があるので冷やして、抗炎症薬を服用。
大体骨頭壊死(レッグペルテス) 、股関節形成不全のケア
ジャックテリアがなりやすい。
テリア系は水分量が足りていないこが多いそうです。
炎症があれば股のところを冷やして、抗炎症薬などの服用が必要になります。
股関節（股の部分）が冷えている犬は、温める。
骨頭の壊死を遅らせて、再生を促すには温めが必要になります。

ケアとしては、炎症がある時は冷やします。
それ以外の時は、温めます。
