今日の内容
心と体の健康を保つ秘訣
皮膚病でもお水と代謝と心と体のバランスが大切です。
栄養が皮膚にもいくようにしてあげます。
ゴミなどがつかないようにブラッシング
皮膚を保つためには、潤いが必要です。
犬の皮膚
犬には水のような汗を出すエックリン腺がないので放熱ができません。
だから暑さに弱いのです。
皮脂があることで皮膚の健康が保たれています。
ベタベタしているのが正常です。
表皮は、怪我、病気、紫外線による損傷に対するバリアとして機能する体の環境シールドであり、絶えず交換されます。犬の表皮の回転率は、人間と比較して約28日ごとに発生します。犬の表皮は3～5細胞の厚さですが、人間では少なくとも10～15細胞の厚さです。

皮膚のお手入れ
皮脂があることが正常ですが、多すぎるのも皮膚トラブルになります。
余分な皮脂量を拭いたり、ブラッシングなどでほこりを落としてください。
アトピーや湿疹が出ているときは、緑茶の出がらしで絞ったもので拭くのもおすすめします。
ブラッシングは、血行もよくなり艶を与える。
血行よくするためには、
・適度な運動
・水を飲ませる
・マッサージ
ブラッシングの方法は、以前書いています。
皮脂腺の多い場所
・外耳
・耳根
・脇の下
・内股(そけい)
・肛門周囲
・眼瞼
上記の部分は特に皮脂腺が多いので十分にケアをするようにしてください。
お手当におすすめなフラワーエッセンス「サネン」
サネンは月桃。
サネンには、浄化や抗ウィルスの機能もあります。
空間、霊的など様々なものを浄化します。
フラワーエッセンスをスプレーしてブラッシングや拭いてあげるのもおすすめです。
