今日は、バッチフラワーレメディのひとつ『ヒーリングハーブス』について書きます。
この「ヒーリングハーブス」という名称も、ある時期バッチ博士がフラワーレメディーのことを表すのに使っていた言葉です。
今では世界中のプラクティショナーから一般の方まで広く愛され、大きな信頼を得ています。
ヒーリングハーブスとは
英国の医学博士エドワード・バッチ(1886～1936)が健康とは、肉体的要因よりも不安や落胆、悲しみなど、心理的な不安定により損なわれることが多いことに着目されています。
人の様々なマイナスの感情に作用する野生植物を長年にわたり研究し、38種類のフラワーエッセンスを完成させました。
ロンドンから西へ車で4時間、大自然の中にあるヒーリングハーブス社は、1988年9月24日（バッチ博士生誕の日）、ジュリアン・バーナード＆マーティン・バーナード夫妻によって設立されました。

使用方法・トリートメントボトルについて
飲み方は自由で、飲みたいときに何回飲んでもかまいませんが、一般的には目安としてコップ半分程の水やハーブティーなどに、フラワーエッセンスを4～7滴加え、 口に含みリラックスしながらゆっくりと少量ずつ飲用します。
ジュリアン・バーナード Julian Barnard
1936年にバッチ博士が亡くなり、彼の死後はアシスタントとして貢献したノラ・ウィークス女史がレメディーを製造しました。
彼女はバッチセンターのディレクターになり、1960年にはニッキー・ミュレイ女史がノラ・ウイークスと共に働き始め、エッセンスの処方や植物のもつ癒しの性質について直々に学びました。
1972年ノラ・ウィークス女史の死後は、ニッキー・ミュレイ女史と兄弟であるジョン・ラムセル氏が後継しました。
ジュリアン・バーナード氏は、ニッキー・ミュレイ女史に付いてフラワーレメディーのすべてを学び、レメディー作りにも関わり続けていました。
また独自の植物学者としての研究にも励み続け、フラワーエッセンスに関する多くの著書を執筆しています。
