明けましておめでとうございます。
今年の目標はたてますか？
私は、今年は100個の目標をたてる予定です。
去年立てた目標は達成しましたか？
というより、思い出しますか？
今日は、せっかく立てた目標を3日坊主にさせないコツをお伝えします。
今日の内容
目次
書き初めのルーツ
平安時代
書き初めのルーツは、平安時代の宮中における「吉書の奏（きっしょのそう）」という行事。
吉書の奏は、改元・代替わり・年始など、ものごとがあらたまった節目に、天皇に『儀礼的で、政治がつつがなく進行しています…』という慶賀を述べる文書を奏上していました。
鎌倉・室町
この吉書の奏は鎌倉・室町幕府にも引き継がれ、「吉書始め」という新年の儀礼行事として定着します。
江戸時代
江戸時代になると、この吉書始めが庶民の間にも「おめでたい新年に書道（習字）をする」という行事となって広がりました。
江戸時代には、自宅で書き初めをする場合、
年が明けて最初に汲んだ井戸水（＝若水：わかみず）を神前に供えたあと、その若水を使って墨をすり、恵方に向かって詩歌を書くというのがスタンダードだったとか。
書き初めの意味
1月2日に書き初めをすることにはどんな意味があるのでしょうか。
・書の上達を願う
新年早々に、神聖な若水を使って書くことで、神意にあやかり、字が上手になることを祈願します。
・一年の抱負を心新たにする
おめでたい言葉や詩歌、または今年一年の目標や抱負を書くことで、行動を新たにするという意味があります。
年神様が滞在する期間といわれる「松の内」（1月7日、または15日）までは飾っておくとよいそうです。
松の内が過ぎたら、「左義長」と呼ばれるお祭りで、正月飾りなどとともに燃やします。
左義長とは地域によって、どんど焼き、さいと焼き、とんど、鬼火焚きなどと呼ばれている行事のこと。
もし近くで左義長が行われていない場合は、大きな神社のお焚き上げなどに奉納するのもいいでしょう。
目標を明確にする
書き初めをしないまでも今年の目標をたてる人は多いのではないでしょうか？
- そもそもなぜ目標を立てたのですか？
- どのようにしてそれを実行しますか？
この２つを説明すぐにできますか？
目標を立てたとしてもどう実行するのかが明確になっていないと
なかなか実行、行動にうつせないですよね。
目標を設定するときは、どう実行するかもセットで考えてみてください。
「すべき」より「やりたい」目標を設定する
「すべき」や「しなきゃ」となると苦しくて、辛いイメージが湧いてきませんか？
せっかく立てた目標は、「やりたい」「楽しい」「ワクワクする」ちょっと無理めな目標を設定することをおすすめします。
スモールステップの目的も立てる
大きな目標を設定できたら、次に行動できたり、すぐに達成できる小さな目的を立てましょう。
目標と目的が違うことは知っていますか？
- 目的:最終的に成し遂げようとする事柄。 目指すべき到達点・ゴール
- 目標:目的を成し遂げよう とするための手段
目的とは最終的なゴールで、目標は目的を達成するための小さなステップになります。
大きな目的・ゴール（星の部分）をたてたなら、それに向けての目標をたてましょう。
ですので、目標は「自分はどうなりたいのか」「なにを達成したいのか」を考え、行動に移して、意識をするものだと考えています。
まずは、最初の一歩を踏み出しましょう。
踏み出してみて違っていれば修正すればいいんです。
目標の立て方とそれを達成するためのコツ
「今の自分」を知ることが大事！
まず、自分が今、どの時点にいるのか、達成までにはなにをどうすることが必要なのか」を知ることが必要になります。
- 自分に足りないもの
- どうすれば目標までたどり着けるのか
これは「今の状態」を知っていないと、進歩していても進歩を感じられなくなってしまいます。
このように現状を把握することで、大きな変化はもちろん、ちょっとした変化も感じられるようになります。
目標には期限を設ける
このように、最終的な目的・ゴールを果たすために、いつまでに目標を達成すべきなのかをじっくり検討し、期限を設定することがポイントです。
期限が決まっていないとなかなか行動しない人も多いのでは？
極端な目標にしない
目標は、自分の能力と意欲を高めるものになります。
すぐに達成できるほど低いものではなく、現在の能力水準よりも少し高めに設定します。
あまりにも高く設定しすぎて、「達成できなくても仕方ない」と最初から諦めてしまうような目標もダメです。
１つも目標が達成したら、次の目標とスローステップで目的・ゴールまで設定してください。
紙に書き、目で見て目標を自覚する
目標を設定できたら、必ず紙に書き、よく目にする場所へ貼ったり、持ち歩いたりして、日常的に目で見えるようにしておきます。
すると、視覚から潜在意識に訴えることで、目標や行動計画を意識した行動が自然にできるようになります。
引き寄せの法則で大事な情報が入ってくるかもしれません。
