『引き寄せの法則』は、
多くの人に知られる時代となりました。
いまだに引き寄せってスピリチュアル？と思っている方もいらっしゃるかもしれません。

引き寄せの法則がどうしてこんなに注目されているのでしょう？
カラクリはとても単純だったりします。

引き寄せの法則
引き寄せの法則は、
「本当にほしい人生や結果」
「最高に魅力的な未来」
を意識的に作り出すための方法です。
スピリチュアル言い方ですと「宇宙にお願いしたんだからあとは待つだけでOK」
そのためには、お願い事を明確にして信じていればいいのです。
引き寄せって、
「叶うと信じればあなたの願いは叶います！」
これは裏を返すと、
「叶うと信じないならあなたの願いは叶いません」

『何があっても、どんなことが起きても、「私は運がいい」と言う人のところに運は集まる。」と言っています。
カラーバス効果
スピリチュアルなことはちょっと。。。という方
カラーバス効果は、ご存知ですか？
カラーバス（color bath）とは、色を浴びるの意味。
こんな実験したことありませんか？
この画像を見てください。（10秒）
次に目をつぶって今の画像で赤いものを思いつくままあげてください。
次にもう一度上のの画像を見ると赤いものばかり目につくと思います。
これがカラーバス効果！
自分が欲しいと思ったものを決めると自分が欲しいものばかりに目に入るなどもカラーバス効果です。
例えば奄美大島に旅行が行きたいと思うと、
奄美大島の本が目についたり、旅行番組が放送されたり・・・
強く意識したものを、脳は勝手に探してしまう。
本当は今までも目に入っていたけど、意識していなかったので見逃していただけなんです。
自分にとって、重要度が高い情報を拾い出して、それ以外の情報は見落としているのです。
もし夢や目標について常に考えていたらどうなるでしょう？
意識的に夢や目標を考えていたら夢や目標を叶えるためのヒントを見つけやすくなるのです。
見方を変えれば、あなたの夢や目標を叶えるために、普段から脳のアンテナを張っておく必要があります。
と言っても難しいことではなくて、
夢や目標を決意すればいいのです。
どうやればいい？
潜在意識に落とし込む
脳にとっては現実も非現実も同じ。
脳は、主語を理解できないという論文も発表されています。
なので、マイナスな言葉や人の悪口も自分のことだと感じてしまうそうです。
私たちの意識は、潜在意識と顕在意識というのがあります。
潜在意識は、96～97%で、普段は使われていません。
この潜在意識まで落とし込むことができれば「思考は現実化しやすい」と言われています。
先ほども「夢や目標を決意すればいいのです。」と書きました。
一度オーダーしたものは必ず現れる
願いが叶うタイミングは、神のみぞ知る！
中身が見えないコップの水がいっぱいになってなって溢れ出た時に、願いが叶います。
あとどのくらいで溢れ出るかは分からない。
溢れ出る前にやめてしまうこともあるかもしれません。
中身の見えないコップの水が溢れるまでじっと待つ根気が必要！
このコップに水が溜まるのは「信じる心」が必要になります。
ワクワクして楽しみながら待つことが大切になったりします。
溜まっていた水が減ったりする原因は「不安」「心配」「諦め」というネガティブな感情が邪魔をしてしまいます。
せっかく溜まったものが減ってしまうので、できればネガティブなことは考えないようにしましょう。
そして、引き寄せは、ネガティブな感情も引き寄せてしまいます。
執着を手放す
願いを叶えるためには、「その気になること」が大切。
そのためには、執着を手放すことも大切になります。
意外と凝り固まった思いや考えがあったりします。
執着を手放すと手放した分、新しいことが入ったりします。
イメージは具体的に、もう叶ったように・・・
引き寄せに大切には、イメージが大切になります。
「こうなったらいいな」ではなく
「完全に願いが叶って喜んでいる感情をイメージする」
「叶いました」と過去形で表すのもいいとも言われています。
